resolution centre

I have escalated a claim to resolution centre a for an item not received.

The response was I needed to make a report to a link NATIONAL FRAUD AND INTERNET CRIME REPORTING CENTRE, ACTION FRAUD then go back to them with a reference number.

I did this but they arent interested therefore no reference number.

I can't reply to resolution centre, no option.

Anyone come across this and suggest what I can do,

What type of item did you buy?  If you purchased an item not covered by the buyer money-back guarantee then that's different but if your item was covered then you need to phone customer support and make a polite fuss.  If you don't get anywhere with this, please give us a few more details and we'll try to get help for you.
