removing feedback

I have asked for the feedback from a buyer to be removed and given the reasons. Ebay has come back with "Due to a technical issue, we were unable to complete your request. Please contact Customer Service for additional help"

Going through customer service just takes me back through the same channels and I am unable to make another request for this feedback. How do I get through to ebay?
