refusing to answer request for invoice.

hi, I contacted a seller about combined postage after seeing several items  of interest. a positive answer was returned and also said she was adding further stuff so take a look. I bid on 2 items, I was the only bidder.  I sent a second message asking, should I pay now or was she happy for me to continue with 2 further items the next day. I was told it was fine. I now have 4 items around £5 mark altogether. £13 in P&P, obviously what I was trying to avoid but was encouraged that combined postage would be applied at the end. the only reason I continued bidding. as soon as the 4th item was won I sent a message asking for the invoice and no reply. today I sent another request to pay with revised invoice and still nothing. meanwhile time has run out today, the 15th for first 2 items. it could be she has a problem at home, work or internet, I don't like to be too hasty, I also don't want to be labled a non payer!! she has 100% for her feedback so I thought completely trustworthy.  what should I be doing next?

There have been some problems with messages so it is possible that the seller has not recieved them or they have decided not to combine the items

You can not force them

Have you been receiving reminders from ebay to pay as if you have and do not pay within the 4 days then the transactions can be cancelled by ebay or the seller and you get non payment strikes on your account

Very unfair if you are buying several items.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, I have never come across this before and am not sure what course to take. Yes I have been receiving reminders but have been patiently waiting for the invoice as her messages seemed so believable. Basically, I either pay the £13 P&P or get marked down. What about her 100% that will stay intact? It is too late, I think for the first 2 items now. Perhaps time to part company with ebay although it has been a tool that has served me well for some years. Thank you for your time tonight.

You could try contacting ebay and explaining but I am not sure it will do any good. No harm in trying. It could be the messages are not getting through as there have been problems for a while. I would try at least and quickly before the non payment function kicks in. Top of the page under Seller help then scroll down for contact details. It will be call me back or chat with me but they dont open until 8am on a weekday

Have to say, it's unfair to leave negative feedback because seller didn't send invoice, they can ask ebay to remove it as seller does not have to combine P&P.
