refund claimed via paypal

I was contacted via ebay by buyer of new cartier watch which i sold in October 2019.

the buyer claimed it had stopped working after 10 hours of use and/or not as described , and some paperwork was wrongly dated .She said that the watch was in jewellers , which i had no problem with this as i had purchased from reputable dealer. .  I sent additional proof of provenance .Next i heard was paypal has frozen 2k in my account , and a dispute/claim had been made on watch. I have replied the best i could .

What worries me is that opinion on net is , cases are usually found for the buyer.

Welcome any help or advice as this is a serious amount to lose.

You won't have to pay the return postage.

It might be worth while bringing up the facts that the buyer is/has got it repaired and as it was purchased in Oct 2019 and stopped working after 10 hours why has it been left for 4 months before making a claim?
