You contact ebay Customer Support.

To contact eBay Customer Services, type Advanced Search into the Help & Contact bar, top of your eBay page. Scroll to the bottom of that page, and you will see Contact Us. There is a Live Chat option and sometimes a Call Back option, both will give you an approximate time to wait too.
