I wonder if anyone can help me at all, as eBay don't appear to be able too. A couple of months ago, an eBayer from Australia asked me to discount my item and ship it to her address in Australia. I informed her that I was not able to ship that particular item to her address as uranium glass ware will be barred from entry into the country; this is also mentioned in my listings too and overseas countries should be blocked from buying this item from me. She did not accept this as a reason, and then started to harass me with messages asking why this was the case. Obviously for the first few messages I answered why (that her country does not allow shipments of uranium ware items) then I blocked her and her messages using eBay's block buyer and checking the block buyer from messaging me button. This does not appear to work, because on a weekly basis over the last couple of months, the eBayer has contacted me, but following advice on here, I ignored them and moved on. This morning however, I received a notification to say the vase had sold, I then recieved a message from the buyer, stating it was from the same buyer as above, and they had opened up a new account in order to purchase the item, and I would be shipping it to a friend in Manchester, who would then ship it to them in Australia (nice that they were willing to throw their friend under the bus I noticed!). So my question is, what would you do? I'm not really happy to post it to their friend (the account btw, was opened in Australia), as surely, the item will still get stopped at customs and i'll still be out of pocket, and after looking at the feedback the original eBayers id leaves many of her sellers (approx. 5 negs and 2 neutrals in the last 6 months alone), it looks like they'll leave me negative feedback anyway (which I can take a hit on, but i'm more bothered that I'm going to take a hit for something I honestly did in all good faith!) TIA.
