hello

I tryed to buy a bike. the Seller sent me an offer and when I proceeded with the buying the offered price was not there and instead if proceed with the full price. so I cancelled the pruchase.

I already sent an email to the seller explaining this..

We are members like you, we cannot check why.

If the seller had BEST OFFER then you make an offer, if the seller makes an offer to you then you accept through the offer, unless it was made purely as a message in which case it is up to the seller to amend the price.

You don't say HOW the offer was made so I have to guess that it was not a PROPER OFFICIAL offer made through ebay.
