pick up and posts costs

Hi!

I have a situation, that item what I whant to bay, are near from my living place.I contact with seller and ask -is it possible get item by pick up.They say - yes, but it is nesesery to pay for item postadge.....(?)

I don't understand - if it is "pick up" where there is a postage by money ....

Is the seller do corect?

Seller does not have to allow collection,

if they insist on you paying P&P, then ask them to post item.
