How do you report a persistent bidder and non payer?

blame the other sellers who broke the rules.

Adding to redwick1 good advice -

Be aware that the buyer can appeal the unpaid strike and report your serious feedback abuse by announcing they are a non-payer and have done this before.

You wait 4 full days and then either you or ebay cancel the transaction and the non payer gets a strike

You get your fees back

Put them on your blocked bidders list and then go back to buyer requirements and scroll down to Stop Blocked bidders from contacting me

If all sellers did that with non payer then they would not be able to bid on many sellers items
