partial refund

I want to request partial refund as a teaset arrived partially damaged, but when I click the link saying ' reuqest a partial refund' on the item page it goes to 'request a return'. i don't want to return it I want a partial refund. Same happens if I go through 'raise a request'. How do I request a partial refund, do I actually have to raise a return request?

You contact the seller directly to ask if they are willing to give a partial refund .

Sellers are not obliged to give partials if they do not wish to .....some prefer to give a full refund on return.

Best if you can send pics of the damaged items to the seller so they can assess the situation and make a decision re whether they wish to give a partial refund ....it is up to the seller ...
