non paying buyer

hi ,

i have sold an item on the 11th dec but have not received payment so opened an unpaid item case which was closed today and final value fee refunded so all good , but know the buyer has decided to open case saying he has not recieved the item ? well he never paid so he is not likley to receive it . i have checked his feedback and he is new and only has 10 and there is a pattern with his feedback saying he does not pay but if you check what he then does is leave neg feedback to the seller for not sending items ? i am so frustrated at the moment i have 1770 pos feedback and have been selling on here since 2011 but these people just get away with abusing the site and ebay do nothing . surely there should be some way of reporting these people i have spent an hour searching ebay to report this idiot but just keep getting turned in circles

They won't be able to leave neg f/b for you now you've completed an Unpaid Item case.   And they won't be able to escalate the "Not received" case so ignore that.   If it's causing any problems contact ebay about it.

Put their ID on your blocked bidder list.  Here's the link:

And use this link to put a general block on buyers with non-payment strikes, etc.:

Select options then tick "Apply above settings to active and future listings" at the bottom and then submit.
