How is this new payment scheme enhancing our experience?

Delaying payment to sellers for up to five days does not;

Knock-on delay to sending out sales items to buyers does not;

This just looks like e-bay being greedy to get interest from our money.

Please explain why my assumption is wrong - if in deed it is.

We all agree that MP is not as good as paypal, but we don't have a choice if we still want to sell on ebay.

You must still post item when ebay tell you buyer has paid, if you wait expect to get not received cases opened & bad feedback.

Thank you for your response. This still does not answer why e-bay think this change will enhance sellers' and buyers' experience. It does the opposite. I will not send out anything unless I have the cash in my bank. I will just put an extended time on my send date and make sure the buyer knows why. If 'we all agree that MP is not as good as paypal' why don't e-bay take note?

Ebay don't have to justify MP, they sold paypal a few years ago, so want to make more money themselves
