need to edit shipping destination after Sale

I have sold a book to Taiwan. I need  to edit my shipping preferences to accept Taiwan as a destination. Any ideas on how I can do this?

that's not how you do it,

all you have to do is find the price to post then send them an invoice

Have tried that but when buyer goes to pay he is advised by eBay that he cant because it is on my list of destinations for NON shipping
