l ordered and paid for an item on 27th oct seller said it had been posted nothing came, then he said he sent another NOTHING CAME, then he highered price up by £4 after waiting 11 days ebay say l have to wait another 8 days so in total 19 days to get my money back lm disgusted this seller is holding my money and getting away with it.

If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description then open a not recieved dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre

Escalate it after another 8 days to get your money back

You have 30 days from  the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute

There are timelines for problems to be sorted out but a buyer is well protected against losing their money 

It is always best to ask for a refund in the first instance rather than a replacement as they often do not arrive

The definately wont get away with it as they will get a defect if they dont sort it out and leave ebay to do it
