i have sent an item worth £2000 with hermes it has been "lost" i have the tracking details etc hermes have refunded me £20 (LOL) however i dont have £2000 to give to my buyer as a refund can ebay help with anything?
No there isn't unfortunately. You sent the Watch under insured. You should have sent by Royal Mail Special delivery. Anything Sold for over £50.00 needs to be sent by Special Delivery to be fully covered against Loss or Damage in Transit.
