Be careful on receiving emails, that they are not phishing or scam emails, clicking on links in these, brings you to fake loggins , and that is where hackers glean password and account information.
On receiving any email always go to the site in question. If there is no problem there, ignore and delete them, or forward to spoof@ebay.com
