To stop automatic relistings,
All Fixed Price / Buy it Now items are Good Till Cancelled so they will relist after 30 days, unless they are sold or manually ended.
Auction item listings, are defaulted to relist automatically 8 times, to stop this happening, when going to list your next item after selecting Sell go top right of the page and select the business / advanced listing tool. Ignore that it says it’s for business and high-volume sellers only, it isn’t, it’s for everyone to use, and you can untick that little box for the auto relist on your listings.
Use a desktop browser and not the app to manage this.
