late delivery

Hi,

I have search ebay's site for answers and a way of reporting this issue but to no avail.

I have had two defeats put on my dashboard for late deliveries, i have checked the postage dates and both have come within two days of the buyer winning the item. I then tracked the items and both were due to Royal mail not being able to deliver, due to the customers being out. Surely this has nothing to do with me, and should I really be penalised for this, by it being entred onto my dashboard, the tracking numbers were attached to the listing so why have ebay done this ?
