item collection

Sold a antique sewing machine, buyer said they were going to collect it at the weekend, arranged everything, got and email at the last minute asking could I post it. No problem(wrapped and packed it) except despite many many many emails and requests no postage payment received. They have paid for the machine. I have had no response what so ever. I am not a storage unit. Very tempted to refund and start again.

What with non payers, site crashing on a regular basis, and the charges I am seriously considering finishing and finding a less stressful and cheaper way as this is getting beyond a joke.

Oh and this has been going on for nearly 2 months

You don't just Refund through PayPal. That doesn't link with your Sale. You go to More Actions to the right of the Sold Item and Cancel the Sale. Select "Problem with Buyers Address.". Your EBay Final Value Fees will then be Credited back to your Seller Account. Buyer will be Refunded. You can then Relist, if you want to ??

If you get a Non Payer you open an Unpaid Item Case in the Resolution Centre after 2 days. Close after 4 days, your Ebay Final Value Fees will be Credited back to your Seller Account. The Non Payer Receives a Damaging Unpaid Item Strike on their Account.

Put any Troublesome Buyers on your Blocked Bidders List.
