is paypal credit having problems today?

Im having problems paying with paypal credit today. Does anyone know what reason may be?

Yes, payments in general have been unreliable for the last week. PayPal credit is ''off'' for everybody at the minute.

PayPal blame eBay - eBay blame PayPal, I blame both of them 🙂
