How can I find a customers ID number for a overseas customs form ?

What part of a Customs Form do you need this for? Are you just completing a CN22?

If a different form, then you would need to ask the buyer, but I have not heard of an ID number being required.

Its for a UPS customs form , I have sent the parcel once only for it to be returned because since Brexit they require ID numbers for buyers and senders this has cost me £33 so far and dont want to get this wrong and the parcel to be returned again, the customer does says they dont have a ID number . Im stuck with what to do and they need the parcel sending
