i need refund because i didnt receice my product..i know its been a long while ago but the seller promise to have a replacement but i didnt receive until im waiting for so long until its not came .how can file a refund? here in ebay its not easy to file a refund not like in AMAZON..

It is very easy to open a dispute for not received

The resolution centre is at the bottom of the page for you to use.

How long ago was it that you bought it as you have 30 days to open a dispute there.

If out of time and you paid by paypal then try there if you fail on ebay

If you paid by card then try your card provider
