how to remove buyer strikes

Hi 

Im totally confused how to uplift my buying restriction as I bid on two items from same seller then she messaged me not to pay as she had packed them away for house move and would send me invoice when she  finds them . Now I cannot buy anthing else on ebay as I have two strikes .

Any advice would be appreciated

Never take advice from sellers!  The seller presumably has "automatic non payer case opening".  You have indeed two defects therefore and all you can do is getin touch with eBay [through "help and contact"] and see if they will do anything.  Do not be too optimistic ...

The correct way would have been to pay x 2 and then open a "non receipt" case for each [I know, I know]
