How do i get help a buyer is wanting a refund after 1 month of having the item as they said it has been damaged i can not claim anything off the postage company as it is passed 14 days
After one month?. HOw long after
The buyer has 30 days to open the dispute are they in time
Have they opened an EBay Returns Case? They could be out of time. Is 30 days from Delivery. You can Refuse to accept a Return if passed the 30 days.
