hi i have just discovered as i havnt been too active on Ebay for a bit that my user name is changed and the fact ive been with ebay for years tells me i have oly been a member since 2020 and my selling history is incorrect

you opened a new account in 2020 which is the one you are currently logged into,
you need to log out and log into your other account using your ID and password
