Hi there, I have already post the item and the seller also received the item but I have used my own tracking information for that, so I cannot find any section of add tracking number and the seller said he would not give me any responding.
Please tell me what should I do.
Unless you do returns through an Ebay case, then you cannot escalate if the seller does not refund.
Doing returns your own way is a recipe for disaster, as seller knows you cannot enforce a refund.
You should always read the Money Back Guarantee and do a return properly.
Why did you return? Unless it was NOT AS DESCRIBED, a Private Seller is not obliged to accept a return, so even with tracked proof of delivery Ebay would not get involved.
Did you open a dispute as that is what you have to do for all problems
If you did and can not add the tracking
you will have to contact ebay and ask them to add the tracking
