I left negative feedback for a seller who I purchased an Ipad from. They sent a tracking number but the item never left the shop, they stated that they would have to claim off the Royal Mail. I went to my sorting office and got them to check the tracking number and they said the number had been generated in house and no parcel had been handed over to the Royal Mail.
The feedback has now been removed from this sellers account, there was no bad language and nothing libelous just the facts that Royal Mail said the item was NEVER POSTED.
Who will have removed it and why????? they can now go ahead and do this all the time and keep a 100% feedback score.
