To be honest, feedback for buyers is pretty pointless. Sellers are only allowed to give positive feedback regardless of what the buyer was really like, so it kind of defeats the object. All buyers have 100% positive. It cannot possibly be anything else ( unless they are also a seller). This is probably why some sellers no longer bother.
I will point out though, that you have recieved 71 feedback, but only left 58 for others. So you don't ALWAYS leave good feedback.
