i mistakenly sent the wrong item to a buyer, and they opened a return with ebay. Rather than a refund, the buyer was happy to receive the correct item, plus postage to send the incorrect one back, which he has done....however, the return is still open with refund the only option.....how do I get rid of the return/refund?
If the buyer is happy with the receipt of the replaced item, then message them to go to the Resolution Centre, find the case details, and to close it from there.
If they ignore your request, the case will just time our after 30 days, as long as they do not escalate it, as that would trigger a refund!
