ebay shutl delivery service

Hi.  I posted an item recently and the buyer says they have not received it.  This was sent via ebay's delivery service shutl/Royal Mail.  It is not showing as being delivered on ebay.  Does anyone know what the procedure is regarding this?  Thanks

The buyer opens a dispute and you have to refund if the tracking does not show Delivered
