I have been selling on eBay for 15 years. I am appalled that they leave a negative on your site foe 365 days . This is so stressful especially when you have not deserved it.
i have managed to run my site and everyone of my customers are delighted then you get that one that tries to get the item for nothing and you have no choice to comply it is robbery and eBay encourages this. . Try Etsy and amazon sellers more trustworthy. ..... shame on you eBay I'm disgusted!!!
