eBay Managed Payments

I have just been moved to mamanged payments and need to make a small refund to a buyer as I'd over estimated the postage charge. I am struggling to work out how to do it can anyone help please.

go to :-

seller hub >>> all orders

and use the drop down menu next to the item and choose 'refund' from the list

Thanks very much, I'd never heard of, seen or used seller hub previously. Couldn't find it from my account but Googled it and got there OK.

now you are on managed payments you need to use the seller hub as it shows your payments etc
