i have bought an item but on ebay it says my payment is pending, and has done for a week. i have contacted paypal who says the payment is in the sellers account, but the seller is saying they haven't received the order. now trying to contact ebay which turning into a nightmare. i just want speak to a person! how do i dothis?

Do you mean that they haven't received the order, or haven't received the payment?

Was the Paypal payment made to the seller, or to eBay?

EBay is phasing in its new managed payments system, by which the buyer pays eBay and eBay (after a delay) pays the seller. My guess is that this may be involved.

Hi, I spoke to PayPal and they said the money was in their account. The eBay order on my purchase list says payment pending and the seller says they have no order. I'm a bit confused and have never come across this before. I can't open a case if the seller has no order, but my money has been paid to someone.
