I bought an item from the US, the item was a fake item,
before the delivery custom charge was applicable and royal mail charge me 15GBP before delivering the item.
after delivering the item I found the item is fake, I did contact Ebay and they did refund me the money, however, how I get a refund for the custom charge I paid.
what custom form I have to submit and to whom.
