Why Does E-Bay not have an E-Mail address? I lost money because I could not contact them. I did not have an appeal, I wanted to ask them a question. They told me I was out of time. I didn't receive an item . Informed Vendor who was in China.They said it could Take up to 45 days for re delivery, I wanted to contact E-Bay to ask if I was covered by E-Bay rules for the second delivery. They told me I was out of time. Never received the resent order either. E-Bay would have received their commision off the Vendor but I received nothing. The system to contact E-bay is absolutely useless. BEWARE!!!!!!.
