completing my bid

I have a UK address that my purchases from UK sellers are posted to, although I am resident in South Africa. Most of the time this works flawlessly, and my UK courier then sends the item onto me in SA. Sometimes when I try complete my bid a message pops up saying "Sorry, this item can't be sent to South Africa. Seller does not provide postage to the country or region of your primary delivery address. Please contact the seller for more information." even though my UK address is set as my primary address and even on the "item page" it shows (as an example),

When I try use the contact seller facility I get this response - "We couldn't find an answer. Unfortunately, this seller isn't able to respond to your question. We suggest reviewing the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing."
 
Hoping somebody can help as I spend a fair amount of time looking for and then researching items, only to discover I can't bid.

Those sellers must have blocked buyers whose registered address is outside the UK. Maybe they don't want their items going abroad at all.
