close an account

I want to close my account as a buyer with eBay. I am very unsatisfied with the unauthorized transactions and unsolved problem with unreceived order. very difficult to speak with anyone and nothing straightforward.

It's your own responsibility to keep your account secure. If unauthorised transactions have been made on it this is a serious matter, not something that can be solved just by closing your account.

You need to ensure that any issues of account security or security of any associated credit or debit card account have been resolved.
