You will need the FM code when you collect.
The seller will get an ECP code in the address details when you pay and must include this when they send your item.the store then enters the ECP code and eBay generate an FM code for you to collect,if you dont get the FM code from eBay 1 day after delivery contact them for it as you only have 7 days to collect.
