Ebay has charged me for an item they told me to refund. My ad stated that I smoked and have animals. The customer opened a case saying she could smell smoke. I refunded her even though my item was as discribed. The bag didn't smell of smoke as it was no where near smoke and I asked loads of non smokers to smell the bag. Thank you for your help. Anne
