Can not see anything but all that means is an "extra" such as a sub-heading [£2] a BIN [50p] or a reserve [4% on a minimum of £50]. You are told about any extras just before listing finally. They are not refundable.

As you don't say how much or what for it is impossible to guess.

it is up to you to read FEES, easy enough, enter in HELP & CONTACT,  and also not to accept fees shown before you click LIST WITH DISPLAYED FEES unless you know what they are for.
