I brought a car from a private listing on ebay and had it delivered.  the car was over 7000 for a bmw 1 series advertised as very good condition.  when the car arrived i noticed some of the panels didnt line up so i did more checks to find out it was a cat s write off

what can i do now

Sorry, but ebay don't provide any protection for vehicles.

You should go in person to see car, inspect it & only pay if happy.

This is now between you & seller.

Who organised delivery? If it was seller, sounds like they are an unregistered trader, if so contact Trading standards.
