You purchased one at auction bid on at 10.48 on 11th Oct for £375 and then purchased one for best offer at 7.34 on 12th Oct for £310. Im guessing it is the first more expensive one you want to cancel?
Your daughter, your problem.
Either pay for the item or get a non payment strike.
Hello
Your account is your responsibility thus the question is how did your daughter log into your account then submit the bid then confirm the bid ?
So seller will open an un-paid item case against you to get his/her FVF fees refunded & rightly so it seems & if you then do not pay within 4 days of the case being opened, then you will receive a strike against your account.
You won 2 Iphones on the 11/10/15 as an auction & the other one as a "best offer " on the 12/10/15 so it was not your daughter that bid on them but you really as how can your daughter of 14 bids for 2 Iphones then wants to cancel one of the transaction = mind boggling ?
One does not do too much damage, but get another one & you will not be able to buy on a lot of items.
The best thing to do is to pay for item then sell the item on yourself.
I bid I win I pay = the buyer
Hope this helps also ![]()
