buyer wanting to pay by credit card

Hi all,

My buyer wants to pay by credit card as I have that as an acceptable option for payment.

However, nobody has ever wanted to do that until now. They have always used paypal.

The buyer has sent me a message as they have been told by ebay to contact the seller.

What do I do now ?

Tell them to complete checkout as normal, but instead of signing into PayPal, scroll down and enter their card details in the pay by card section instead.

why have you ticked the pay by credit card option when you don't have a credit card terminal?

you should only tick that option if you have a terminal and can take payments over the phone

I'm not sure the buyer can now change option and pay through paypal with their card,

if they can't you will have to cancel the sale and re-list for them to buy again

you also need to revise your listings and remove the pay by card option
