buyer opened a return, false claim

can anyone advice what i do,i sold a deck of tarot cards buyer opened a return stating they were 4 cards missing and cards were fake as some thicker than others,i have recieved cards back and all cards are there they were just stuck together making cards appear thicker and heavier,i am not wanting to refund as item was as described no missing parts,ebay saying to refund as been returned.

The buyer has - hopefully - opened a "not as described" case.   I think I would have done so too if four cards were stuck together on the basis that if a buyer tried to deal with it that might make things worse. 

If you do not refund quickly ebay will certainly do so which gives you an account defect too. 

Please do as @redwick1 says.  EBay will take no notice of any request to "keep an eye on you!". EBay will not send the boys round!

Now you have them back you have to refund or if the buyer escalates the dispute ebay will force the refund

Not fair if it was not your fault but we all get this now and again

Just refund and sell on again.

He has accused me of selling fake items and told ebay to keep an eye out for me relisting as he has said im selling fake item,surely if item was iaa there and not fake i have a right not to refund
