an item i have sold has a discount that i didn't authorise, i have looked the help pages but can't find an answer why its there. Does anyone know why this has happened.

The item was wallpaper, £62.21 ( 9 rolls at £6.99) with courier delivery costing £11.99.

It might help to know what the item was, and exactly what the discount was as well.
