why ebay not help me ?buyer damage my item .i sell brand new to get waste.
buyer to get full refund .seller damaged things loss money .
where is the seller protection??I dont understand that ebay does nothing this matter.
Buyers are covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days. If they open an EBay Returns Case for Item Not As Described EBay expects you to generate the Returns Label through the Case and Fully Refund when you receive the Item back.
