'bundle description'

I have a few items listed for sale but keep flagging up asking for 'bundle description' even when I select NO. I've searched and bulk selling is all that comes up. What do I need to do? The 4 items are all single and individually posted.

Without knowing which 4 items of the many listings I can't look to see if they give me a clue.
