I have a bed which is fallen apart within 2 month, tge seller ***** refuse to refund my money but offer a replacement,which iI reject because of the quality.
Anyone any idea where I can escalate this to get back my money ?

You are out of time to do anything on ebay
You have 180 days on paypal if you paid that way but they may not accept a dispute for not as described after 2 months. Costs nothing to try
I you paid by bank card then try your bank
If they are a business in the UK then you should have some rights under UK law so contact Citizens advice and see what they say
