How do I block a nuisance buyer
In addition to the advice that Vyolla's already given you there's another function that you may well find useful should you decide to make use of it. If you want to add people to your Blocked Bidders List then it would be a good idea to set your site preferences up to block e-mails from people who have been added to your Blocked Bidders List so as to prevent blocked bidders from harassing you with unwanted e-mails. To do this go back to your My eBay page, click on the Account tab, select "Site Preferences" from the drop-down menu and when you see the heading that reads "Buyer Requirements" on the page that loads up click on the "Edit" link to the right of the title. A new page will appear - scroll right down to the bottom of the page and you'll see a sentence that reads "Don't Allow Blocked Buyers To Contact Me". Tick the box next to that sentence and then click on "Submit". The updates will now be saved and anybody who is currently on your Blocked Bidders List, as well as anybody that you add to it in the future, will be unable to send you e-mails via eBay Messages.
The only snag with this option is that if the buyer has recently been in a transaction with you then the blocks will take a while to kick in but once they do you won't receive any more unwanted e-mails from anybody on your Blocked Bidders List, so it's well worth implementing this option in case you get a buyer who won't stop sending you e-mails, or worse still, a buyer who starts sending abusive e-mails for some reason.
