an item removed saying it was copyright

I have emaled ebay but no reply after 48 hours asking if I can re-advertise an item after being removed saying copyright but I didnt say the item was the same I said similar to give customers an idea what it was, does anyone know if I re-word the advert would I be able to re-sell?  Thank you for that reply I honestly didnt know about the word similar i just thought it was wrong to say it is when it isnt, great I'll re-advertise and change description totally, thanks for your help.

Saying something is similar to a brand name is a serious breach, . If you are going to relist you must make no mention of any other product.  If you do it again you could be suspended.
